Training

Read to Lead is our revolutionary training course which exists to cultivate the practice of shared reading.

“Read to Lead training is so professionally and energetically delivered. The enthusiasm and hard work of the team helped a wide variety of people feel engaged, nurtured and skilled.”

Pam Stirling, Director of Strategic Management, Sheffield Health & Social Care Trust

Since 2008, Read to Lead has been commissioned by library services, health trusts, community organisations and businesses, training all kinds of people to lead shared reading groups and creating valuable cross-sector partnerships.

“Read to Lead was a real investment in my library team, and rightly places their work within the broader agendas of health and community development.”

Ann Jones, Principal Librarian, Monmouthshire Libraries
