What to expect when you attend Gravity Festival at the Mansion House
Seating
The layout for Gravity Festival is unreserved seating. If you require accessible seating, please let us know in advance by emailing operations@thereader.org.uk
Parking
Car parking in Calderstones Park is limited and so we encourage cycling or public transport when possible. Bikes can be locked up outside the Mansion House.
Accessible parking spaces are also limited so please consider saving parking spaces for those who need them.
You can find out more information about travelling and parking here.
Keeping you safe
If you’re attending a performance in the evening it might be dark by the time you leave. Stewards will be on hand to make sure you exit the park safely at night but we recommend that you bring a torch and buddy up so no one leaves alone.
Face coverings are no longer compulsory, but we do have these available for anyone who wishes to wear one. We encourage you to be tested within 24 hours of the event and not attend if you feel unwell or receive a positive test.
What to expect when you attend Gravity Festival online
You will receive a joining link by email at least 24 hours before the event begins.
Before the event, download the latest version of Zoom - this should mean you can join the call smoothly without any technical hitches!
When it's time to start, click the link in your email to join the event. Live-streamed events may start slightly late so please be patient with us whilst we make sure our technical team and all participants are ready to begin.
If you’re having trouble joining or need some technical assistance, try refreshing the page or email us at tickets@thereader.org.uk and we'll do our best to help.
